Jacob wool is the classic hand spinners wool. Perfect for hand spinning, hand felting and many other craft uses. Jacob wool is a well-known fiber for spinners seeking a durable but lofty wool with a good staple length.  It has a fair amount of loft and spring to it. It is a good wool for beginning spinners as it is not a delicate wool.  Jacob wool ranges from 33-35 microns.
