The Teeswater sheep produces a long curly and lustrous fleece. When purchased in fleece form the Teeswater fleece has wonderfully long curly fibers. The wool is approx. 40-60 microns with a staple length approx. 150-300mm (5.9 to 11.8") and can be even longer. This preparation is Top which has been combed and all the fibers run in the same direction. A fabulous spin ~ this one is an absolute MUST try!
