Bluefaced Leicester wool, affectionately known as BFL, is fine at 26 Microns and an average length of 80-90mm. It is dense with a good luster and is well suited to combing. It is a specialty rare British breed.

Amazing Fiber Pack

It is a pleasure to spin the BFL from this sampler. The fiber is of fantastic quality, no VM whatsoever, and the natural colors in brown and beiges go very well together, making for a wonderful yarn. I am so happy I found Napa Valley Fiber, my go-to place for A+ quality spinning fiber.
