A humbug* blend of White and Brown natural Corriedale Top. The Corriedale is the oldest of all the crossbred breeds, a Merino-Lincoln cross developed almost simultaneously in Australia and New Zealand and first brought to the U.S. in 1914. This wool originates from New Zealand. The Corriedale was later used as one of the parents of the U.S.-developed Targhee breed. Corriedale wool is a desirable staple length, is rated as medium to fine, and is quite soft in comparison to the wool of many other breeds - a trait inherited from its Merino ancestors.
