The Teeswater sheep produces a long curly and lustrous fleece. When purchased in fleece form the Teeswater fleece has wonderfully long curly fibers. This preparation is Top which has been combed and all the fibers run in the same direction. Highly prized by felters for it's long staple length and lustrous appearance.
Best of British: A special blend of the most popular natural British breeds. Shetland adds strength, Blue Faced Leicester adds the bounce and softness, while the Manx Loaghtan adds a rich texture. 100% British wool, scoured, combed & blended in Yorkshire.
