Flax or Linen is considered by many to be the oldest fiber used in the Western world, with fabrics having been found dating back to 10,000BC. It is a fiber whose production was centered round Europe since about 500AD, Irish linen being one of the earliest productions. Therefore the machinery, most suitable for processing flax, was developed in Europe.

Wensleydale Wool

As a novice spinner I have been trying all kinds of wool to spin. The Wensleydale i purchased from you in the beginning of June has just been spun this week. I plyed two bobbins of this fabulous wool today and they are so very soft and squishy. I can’t wait to use them. Will absolutely be back for more.
Thank you so much no hesitation in recommending this product
